Our family is trying to follow the ketogenic diet which consists of a diet of low carbs and high fats. It’s been interesting trying to be creative and come up with ideas that fit the criteria of the diet, yet appeal to the palate! We will try to keep sharing some of our favorite recipes as we go. You can still enjoy tacos, with all cheddar cheese taco shells! And only 2 carbs per serving!
I used 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese and placed it in a circle on a cookie sheet lined with greased wax paper. I was able to get 4 on each cookie sheet. I then placed them in a 400 degree oven for 5 minutes.
